Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a type of psychotherapy where you work one-on-one with one of our therapists to explore, understand, and develop skills to manage emotional, behavioral, or psychological difficulties. The goal of individual therapy is to improve your mental health and well-being and help you address your concerns or challenges in a safe and confidential setting. This can involve talking through issues, setting goals, exploring patterns in behavior, and learning strategies to cope with challenges, among other things.

At various points in life, we all encounter situations where our plans unravel, stress becomes overwhelming, family matters pose challenges, or we experience losses that deeply impact us. Life’s complexities can present significant hurdles, particularly when we face pressure to swiftly recover and move forward without adequate time, resources, and support to navigate these difficulties in a mentally and physically healthy manner.

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Psychotherapy services are covered by most insurance companies, but please check your insurance coverage before booking your first appointment.
